The Factory Square Fine Arts Festival will take place:
Saturday: October 22nd, Noon to Midnight
- City Flea's "Factory Flea" will run from 11AM - 6PM
Sunday: October 23rd, Noon till 6 or 7ish...
This events success will rely on the help of dedicated volunteers. If you are interested in signing up to volunteer for the first annual Factory Square Fine Arts Festival please read the following information and fill in the form below.
Shifts are 2-4 hour increments during these hours:
• Saturday 10/22, between 10AM and 1AM
• Sunday 10/23, between 11AM and 8PM
Volunteer Responsibilities:
• In general volunteers are there to assist in making sure the festival runs smoothly and that people are having a good time.
Volunteer Positions Available:
Parking Attendants: 2 each shift
• Assist with directing traffic
Roving Volunteer / Trash Attendants: 1 each shift
• Assist with pickup of litter and just being present in case of need.
Security: 2 each shift
• Assist with standing at entrances and monitoring
Set-up/Decorating: As many as possible
• Assist with setting up booths, barricades, tables, chairs, decorations etc.
Volunteer Central: 2 each shift
• Assist with coordinating volunteers, welcoming them and directing them to the proper location. This is where people sign in for their shifts.
Beer Booth ID Checker: 2 each shift
• check IDs and put on wristbands
Beer Booth Token Sales: 2 each shift
• Collect money and distribute tokens
Beer Booth Servers: 4 each shift
• Collect tokens and pour drinks
Clean-up/Tear Down: 4 at the end of each day
• Assist with picking up trash, removing full trash bags. Take down tables and chairs, tents, and decorations. Help return items.

Once the online volunteer registration is complete you will receive an email on or around October 15th confirming your time slot.
On the day of the event you will want to check in at the volunteer central booth 15 minutes before your assigned shift.
